More Mountain Bike Trails at Glencoe
Glencoe Mountain Resort in North Scotland have recently opened three new XC mountain bike trails graded blue to black alongside their infamous Downhill tracks.
The trails are still work in progress but our new XC tracks up on the mountain are now open. However please note track signage is not arriving until next week so check with our staff for directions before heading up. Enjoy.
Nae Danger - Blue XC
Starts with a land rover track climb up to the winter cafe and then drops down onto single track across the plateau and finishing off at the bottom of the Craig Dhubh path. Expect small climbs and short bursts of descents making this a great beginner trail. Nae Danger! 1.5km long and gains 40m.
Epic Glades - Red XC
Again, this starts with the climb to the winter cafe and the continues up to gain an additional 140m. This 4km track has it all, epic views, fast single track descents and rocky technical sections. Something to test you.
Loop de Dhubh - Black XC
The black is a 1km split off from Epic Glades taking you to the summit of Creag Dhubh at 746m. It includes an open mountain climb with lots of line choices before descending down the steep, loose and rocky walkers path for technical ride down… not for the faint hearted.
