Nice, almost bought one of those, how reliable is shock system?
nookie replied... on 15 February 2008
the manuals suggest topping up the air when necessary, though (in six months) it hasn't needed it. Once you get your head round it the geometry change becomes second nature like another gear).
The forks similar to my Marz's and soak up plenty.
It basically for downhill... and uphill!

stickman said on 15 February 2008
kind of tech/geeky but looks capable, i would like to demo one of those!
stickman replied... on 15 February 2008
LMAO!
nookie replied... on 15 February 2008
It won the Garda Lake, Italy freeride comp last year so it works too... geeky?... yeah i guess, but when you get past the technology it actually rides like a dream. This ain't no gimmick, it may actually become the high standard for manufacturers.
-
I've read / heard that Intense, Kona, Gaint, and Cannondale (typically) are all exploring similar technologies for future DH race bikes...

That dog has more bikes than most riders. Nice looking bike what do you think of the on the fly geometry adjust and the forks / shock.
nookie replied... on 14 February 2008
yup, the (almost instant) geometry change makes a massive difference when you change from downhill to up. Its such a simple system its amazing nobody implemented it before.
