Starting at the Kaiserburg mountain station the trail meanders with an average gradient of 8 percent to the Kaiserburg valley station. The route covers an altitude difference of around 968 meters. The Flow Country Trail is paved with gravel and equipped with rollers, small drops and several steep turns.
Bike rental and a bike service are available at the valley station, where a practice Parcours including a pump track and wash area can also be found.
