The mountain bike trails located at Ashton Court estate accommodate riders of varying experience levels. The trails have been intentionally designed and constructed to allow for cycling under all weather conditions throughout the entire year, free of charge.
The Nova trail provides riders with a 4-mile loop containing various terrain features. Bikers will encounter jumps, drops, berms, rollers and whoops along the route. This trail is suitable for both novice and skilled cyclists alike. Navigation is straightforward, as the loop is clearly marked with signage. The diverse landscape challenges riders of all experience levels while delivering an enjoyable experience.
The SuperNova trail provides trail users with a more challenging half-mile graded trail option that includes an optional extension loop. This trail is fast-paced with a fun, flowing characteristic as users navigate challenging bermed turns and rock features. The SuperNova trail presents a step up in difficulty but rewards riders with thrilling ride.
Park in the Ashton Court Clifton Lodge car park, you can buy a ticket from the machine or use the parking app.

You’ll find toilets, a bike wash and a cafe by the car park. You can also rent bikes, buy spares and get coaching from Pedal Progression, around the back of the cafe.

Volunteers are needed this November to help build and maintain some sections of mountain bike trail at Ashton Court, with around 100 extra bodies needed to barrow stone.

After some much needed rain over the weekend trail builders Architrail were able to complete the new sections on Nova Mountain Bike Trail at Ashton Court.
