Balquhidder Mountain Bike Trails

The Balquhidder Mountain Bike Trails have slowly and meticulously been hand-sculpted out of rugged Scottish landscape of Kirkton Glen and now offer a pretty decent set of singletracks for just about any mix of capable riders.

For just about any mix of riders there's a pretty decent selection of riding that'll fill a day if you want, including:-

• 5 x downhill singletracks - The Bigfoot, Troll, Hobo, Hippy and Goblin.
• A 1.1k rolling singletrack called the Elf with a 600m B road uphill section that combines for a great 1.7k cross country loop
• 2 x 16-20k scenic mountain loops that take in a host of other ascents and descents with easier/harder routing options
