Grogley Woods near Bodmin in Cornwall currently has five main downhill mountain bike runs with variable difficulty.
There also lots of enduro tracks to explore which offer plenty of roots with small to medium sized jumps.
The site rules are...
You must wear a helmet while riding, some body armor is recommended. Please walk the tracks before you ride them for the first time. Make sure you have a phone and take the grid reference number from the sign at the car park.
