Description
MTB Shropshire contains plenty of way-marked trails to explore, none of which are hugely technical, although you do have to be wary of the exposure of being out in the hills. They have put together a trail map of the Long Mynd, which shows the easy to follow way-marked routes using a number system. This allows you to create a ride to suit your ability and preferred riding time. There are plenty of fantastic singletrack decents on these hills, but there's some steep climbs too and the terrain can be quite exposed at times. Trail maps are £1, available from the Shropshire Hills Mountain Bike and Outdoor Pursuit centre.
