Summary:
Great trail blue and realtively easy trail to ride.
Review:
Blue trail with some red aspects though these are really blue as well. A mixture of trail surfaces, fast sections and some tight switchback climbs. Fantastic cafe and cake shop in a beautiful setting to reward the effort.

Meh.

I can see the appeal; Easy parking, easy route to follow, easy obstacles and so on. But if you like challenging something other than your lungs there's not much on offer here. Also there's lots of fire road in the route and much of the singletrack feels like it's purposely designed to slow you down. As an introduction to mountain biking or as a cardio workout it's okay but I find it a bit frustrating to be honest. Bishops, Hustyns and Grogley are only 20 minutes away so for me it's a no-brainer.

Summary:
Good fun for a wide range of abilities.
Review:
Great variety of features, the blue run features a fair share of features which range from switchbacks to rollers. Some steep ascents and descents thrown in for good measure. Dialled in Dave is a good introduction to red trails featuring step downs, loose rocks, berms and larger rollers, while Hell's Teeth features a very steep ascent to the top of the woods. The descent is challenging in places, featuring larger step downs, jumps and tight switchbacks.

Manicured, but fun.
Review:
This is a blue route, with a bit of red (just) at the top. Doesn't matter which route you take to get up there though both blue and red climbs are steep.
Small cafe, but with excellent food.
