Only issue is that I have to drive to Wales, should be closer ;P
Went with a friend of mine with next to no off-road experience, and although the fitness wasn't there she still enjoyed it.
I only went on the blues and the reds. I have to say that the Blue Really is more than you expect, so don't think a Blue here is the Same as a blue at your local trail centre.
If you're not super fit, I HIGHLY recommend the uplift as it is quite a ride to the top.

so had my first experience of a bike park and i'm hooked this place was fantastic, staff were all helpful and the uplift drivers were a great laugh, the turnaround on the uplift was brilliant didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for a lift was was a nice break to catch your breath before you smashed the trails again. the trails themselves were awesome as a first timer i found terrys belly a bit too long i was knackered by the end but that might be down to my fitness levels, sixapod i went on a few times and quite honestly i could go on that trail all day long, the corners were amazingly fast and it had a few little jumps to get some air if you can...unlike me whose as graceful as a hippo! If i could go up to BPW daily i would, i absolutely loved it!

A very well run site. Trails are kept up together. One thing I'd say, a few more natural trails. Find your own line down sort of thing.
