Not a bad loop

Did this yesterday evening in around 45 minutes, at an easy pace. It isnt technical apart from weaving through trees, which is fun (apart from my Monkeylite bars not fitting through easily!)
Overall a decent trail, a bit rutted due to rain and overuse but well worth a blast. £3 parking seems steep considering the trails arent in top condition.

i was fortunate to ride this trail on a lovely sunny evening the other day which provided some great views, unfortunately the riding isnt so great.
It starts off well with some tight wooded singletrack at the beginning, then some cool boardwalks, then a few jumps after the short fire road ascent. But after that the second half of the trail is pretty dull,
I would recommend just doing the first part a couple of times.
Maybe im being harsh after going to llandegla and winlatter, its a decent local trail that just suffers from the lack of height on the chase.
Check out stile cop for something more extreme...

My nearest trail so get up there most weeks. Needs to be done twice as quite short and i'm not that fit. Good tight sections as well as some fast, the chain slapper being one. Keep pushing myself quicker each time. Very well kept but needs more technical sections, maybe black ones sprouting off to keep me entertained. Ameneties are great especially the bacon bagette at the cafe, best in the uk not the one at llandegla. Cant wait for the new sections which i believe to be done by the end of summer??
