Review:
Some good sections. Found it hard to work out which route to take. followed the red graded trail signs but felt like we might have been missing bits. Would be nice to have a map, (let me no if there is 1) rollercoaster black section was Very Nice, enjoyed that, very short though. Overall worth a visit if your no longer than a hour away.

Good and will be very good soon

Ignore all the comments prior to Easter 2009. This place has changed dramatically over the last few weeks, let alone months. Lots to keep you interested on the Red route, with one compulsory technical stepped drop which will sort some of you out! The sections of black looked interesting, but I was with my kids so avoided this time. Go test it out; worth a trip now and they keep improving it.

I had a look at the pictures some people have uploaded showing "Gisburn Forest" Maybe they made a mistake but 90% of the pics ARE NOT GISBURN, only 1-2 are showing the actual forest. Wierd.. Anyway, It is really, really good, an awsome place to ride, only thing i can say is Explore! Follow the fireroads in any direction and keep an eye out for singletracks going off through the forest, they are everywhere.

Only ever ridden here since all the improvements were made.
It is a superb trail if a little confusing to find all the new bits.
Hopefully a new map will be availalbe soon with all the new Red and Black runs detailed.
Some of the sections are very difficult for the less experienced.
Look out for the Massive 30ft Berms - Awesome!!
NOTE:
All the signpost are now in for the red route and it flows beautifully.
If you have been, you must go back!!
If you havent been, get your Ass to Gisburn, Its superb!!
