I have only just become heavily into MTB, and this place has and continues to teach me new skills and quickly developing my bike control, from hitting jumps to extreme balancing along skinny, tough climbs and technical areas, this place offers loads of opportunities to improve your riding, I call this place my MTB home.

Great start and great finish! Quick twisty trails through the woods. Climbs are mostly forest tracks. A relaxed ride along the beck. An enjoyable trial.

Summary:
Great trails, quite far out but worth a trip.
Review:
Great trails a bit awkward with signage and confusing on where to start depending on which car park you use. The trails are quite fun if not a bit short but plenty of scope to spend at least a few hours there.

Better options.

Despite the hype I wasn't overly impressed by Gisburn. There seem to be a lot of dull spinning for little ascent or descent technicality. The black sections are ok. The two bike park areas are a welcome relief and a bit of a day saver.
