Thetford IP27 0AF

Summary:
Rather tame, no challenge
Review:
Disappointing, travelled 2 hours with my cycling group to try out Thetford, really wasn't worth it. The red trails should be graded blue, the only good bit was the Beast. Expected it to be flat but it was dull, makes Sherwood Pines looks knarly! Certainly won't go again.

Summary:
A good starting place...
Review:
Thetford is very flat but there are a few drops and bowls on the two red routes.
Saying that both the red routes are quite fast running with plenty of twists and turns. Not much in the way technical stuff even with the new additions. All in all a good place to get some practice in!

Summary:
Not much dropper action needed
Review:
Reasonably tame, with lots of pedaling, as mentioned The Beast was the most enjoyable bit.

I go for the Beast....
Review:
This is an average trail. I would say the majority of the trail is quite boring, unless you are looking for XC. If you are looking for a fun trail ride with lots of jumps / obstacles, this is not for you. The route is easy to follow but there is a final (and best) bomb-hole at the end that is easy to miss (it is just before the beast). The Beast is the best bit of it, this is an approximately 3km stretch of jumps and fun things but disappointingly you join the blue fun for 2km at the end which means you end on a low.
