An absolute gem of the trail builders art

Got up to Coed Y Brenin the night before and crashed over in the van... up at 0800.. centre doesn't open 'till 1000 so had to do "what bears do". Anyway on the trail by 0840 and didn't see another soul until the very end.. took me 2:40 to ride and had a blast... The "Addams Family" set of singletracks are fantastic from Gomez and Morticia (fast and smooth) to Lurch (steep, rocky and technical. Quite a bit of climbing on fire-roads/roads but you know its just taking you to the top of more joy.

Here goes......not impressed at all.

Rode it in the dry with two mates and we were all dissapointed. Boring single track, when we managed to find it. Snap , crackle and pop was ok but not enough. No real flow to any of the sections. Don't believe the hype people.

Review:
At the riding mecca of Coed Y Brenin lies this little legend of a trail. Everything is thought of, some bits are good, some bits are awesome and some bits turn your legs to jelly.
I would like to do this trail in the dry.
Snap, Crackle & Pop were fantastic.

Slightly better than the Old red bull track

This is an awesome first track, it had everything to sharpen your skills before venturing further afield. This track is wickedly fast and has the best berms; if I could ride a track again and again and never get bored - this is it!!
