Its is great, but

I really liked this centre and the trails, but a few of them are reused a bit too much. If you make your way through the colours Blue to Red etc then the first half of the Blue trail you will do again and again.
There is a descent bike park to try out the advanced features and I do really like the trail entrances. Some of them have a modern art type structure to ride through. E.g. a giant suspension fork or Minotaur horns.
The cafe and shops are really good and car parking is plentiful.
It is definitely worth a visit, but I would put it behind Afan.

Great fun, but alot of climbing

Good skills area. A fair few trails. But very rocky and a few bit of climbing. Cafe a bit expensive, but nice food.

A fantastic place to ride and test yourself
Review:
Been here a few times now, its fantastic something for every rider.
I would say always ride within your limits though as some of the trails are very technical and have big drops and gaps.
The Beast and the Dragons back are two of my favorite trails both are recommended for advanced riders only due to some of the stages.
If you've never been its well worth a look and there is also a cheap campsite less than half a mile away.
