Summary:
Newly built section
Review:
Always perferred the black run here, how ever there is a newly built descent on this trail which i tried last week, its about a KM after you reach the summit at the back on the moors. A fast descent back in to the valley with some nice little dropoffs and some very fast corners and jumps. Definitley worth a look.

Good fun track anyone can ride
Review:
Section 13 is a roll or sprint track, if you nail it you can get down in 2 minutes. As mentioned any obstacles can be rolled over, the worst part of the track are the braking bumps from people skidding etc. The jumps have no lips at all so you can crusie over them or just pre jump and launch them. If you havent tried it yet get on it!

Hamsterley on the whole makes a lot of sense, combine the Black/red and skills area and its a great day out on your bike.
Superb for beginners to Mountain biking.

Black run to the right to start, for some good descents, then end up at Grove House before the slog up to Area 13 then R and take the black down towards the car park- makes for a much better run round than the standard red
