Reminds me of Spooky Woods at Glentress.. though not quite as long as the full Red Route at glentress, the trail has alot to offer!
For those on an XC bike.. don't be too hesitant to put your foot down and get abit of speed.. after all most accidents and crashes by beginners are caused by being TOO careful, for DH and FR guys like myself, go flat out and enjoy the Flowy track from start to finish with plenty of tables, and berms at the start with 1 or 2 very small rock drops into berms.. at the end of the trail there are some big tight berms followed by large tables.. alot of speed and you can get them cleared and add some style if your into that!
only 1 problem, near a 3rd of the way into the track there is a rock section with 2 HUGE rocks in between, that kind of interrupt the flow and speed of the track and kill momentum! these cannot be jumped over, as they are about 4ft in size.

Great days riding, not to challenging though.

I enjoyed this trail, went round it twice. I can see why more experienced riders may find it a bit easy. I would be very happy to ride this trail again though. I tend to agree with mega_waster's comments regarding the trail.

uphills aren't particularly hard, one of them involves riding over root after root but must be the funnest climb ive ever done. there are a couple new sections been built right now, and one is rideable which was very long and had very good varying features which included a big bomb hole to jump out, tables, wooden berms, and some fast single track with well built berms all with chicken runs. we did the route twice to make up 14 miles in total. if your interested in downhill you get to ride through 5 or 6 of the runs (dont know the total) which will give you an idea of what to expect and i can't wait to try them out.
