just go for the omega man section if you want some flow on
Review:
we just cant get enough of the final descent and if you love a nice bit of flow this is the place, yes the jumps could do with been bigger, since if your flying you go to flat on everything but that adds to the fun!!

My first trip to Ae after kicking around the Lakes. Having read the reviews on this site it sounded worth the trip and I wasn't disappointed. Some great singletrack with plenty of flow, rough downhills and some nice climbs. Only complaint was the section where all the trees have been cut down was a tad rough as was The Face. Omega man was awesome! I'm getting better at the jumps and had three runs down the last section as I enjoyed it so much. Deffo on the list for a re-run!

I'm an old git at 40 and have been mtb'ing for about 3 years, not mega fit and ok on the technical stuff. If this sounds like you, then you will love this trail. I drove for 3 hours to do this with my riding mate and it was awesome. great mix of climbs, singletrack and exciting downhill sections. Its a hard slog all the way round but there are enough sections to get you grinning which make up for the climbs in between. The last bit is best in my opinion with Omega man ending in a succession of jumps, tables etc which are ok for intermediate level. there is plenty of space to bottle out if you have to, but don't - go for it - you will be grinning from ear to ear when you have finished !!!!
