Summary:
not the best descent for serious dh ers
Review:
i only find one feature thats half ok to ride here and thats the boulder that everyone rolls but you can launch it even with the crap run in, the berms and everything else are just to harder work on a full on dh bike and it doesnt flow very well as a track, still its worth going for an afternoon just to check out whats new, you never know they might get it right some day

Not much of a descent

If you ride serious downhill give this place a miss. Good for XC and climbing.

now it is well worth a day out

with the new section added its well worth going down for a days riding now, its do-able on any bike although i had alot more fun on my DH bike than my hard tail as the big rocks really slow you down without full suspension. p.s. the boulder drop is fun. and the push ups wont tire you out for the rest of the day

Summary:
best trail ever ridden
Review:
just come back from stainburn and my heart is still in my throat. the trail is fast flowing and really fun. the big boulder makes the trail great with its highly technical descent down and the following 3 foot drop is amazing. note: i wouldnt try dropping the giant boulder, only if your better than cris akkrig

great, loved it.

this makes a day biking at stainburn complete. i normaly start from Norwood Edge, then make my way down to the bottom, cross the road into the Warren Boulder Trail carpark and complete a run of the black route. afterwards i do several runs of the new Descent Line.
the only part you have to watch out for really on the Descent Line is a huge drop off(it's bigger than me) made from a boulder. this can be ridden down (although near vertical,) or there is a chicken run to the side. if you are trying to commit suicide and attempt this then please recored it.
