Summary:
the faster you go the more you will get from it
Review:
Twisty tight turns with some very sharp ups and downs, which will catch you out. Sprint as much as you can and it will be great fum.
There is a Secret beast route which is faster. Turn right at the "beast" sign, smother but so much faster. with then join on to the end of the old beast.

the beast till last?
Review:
the beast is byfar the best part of the black run when attacked hard and fast, but is way to short!come on thetford spend some time on the black run as most of it is just crap joining bits to the 3-4 good single track parts that thetford is famous for.

Great for beginners
Review:
I went to Thetford Forest on a course and spent the day on the red route which was fun but a bit slow in places. The Beast, however, really gets the heart going, more from the fear of going headlong into a tree than from the physical exertion. Finished with a big grin on my face! This was my first taste of mountain biking and left me wanting more!

short but fun
Review:
ive done it a few times and is much more fun when you go faster, quite flat bit of uphill, bit of downhill, its not too difficult but wayy too short and its not too hard to go head first into a tree !

short,gnarly sprint
Review:
the first page said this is EASY.well, who ever said that was'nt riding fast enough!left over from a motoX enduro in the early 90's the gnarly'est part of thetford forest an to be honest, just ride this all day.id say one of,if not the best trails in east anglia.the perfect lenght for a fast as you can go,lung splitting sprint just watch out for those trees! espescialy if you got 700mm plus bars. also the nieghbor of the beast, a less tech smoother roller coaster trail is perfect for a warm up.yea its a bit short but a perfect gnarly sprint
