Hello all I'm a 52 year old lorry driver & only in the last couple of months started riding again after 30 year plus break ! I enjoy the mountain bike side of things but at the mo not very quick due to trying to regain little skills that I may of had before, I do enjoy falling off (NOT) but it does happen every now & then
