I started mountain biking in around 1989 until around 1997 doing xc and a few races. I stoped for a year and then did some odd trails at weekends until 00 when work requirements stopped me riding. Started again in 04 but had a bad accident at work nearly killing myself. Jump forward to now have been in and out of hospital for the past five years and have had all the titanium removed and no more infections so at last back on the bike (fat git now after 5 years of little excercise)!
