Daisey's Doggie Retreat is a modern kennel facility in Voorheesville, NY which is just minutes from Albany. The boarding Kennel is owned by Ginny and Steve Ray and is named in memory of their own “Daisy” who is part of the Ray family book of memories. Their mission is to provide a safe loving environment for all of the animals that stay with them
Ginny is the “Chief Kennel Keeper” and looks forward to interacting with her four legged boarders every day. Steve and Ginny built the modern dog boarding facility right next to their own home so it is easy for Ginny to always be on hand to take care of her furry friends.
The dog boarding kennel features a modern climate controlled environment with radiant heat floors for the comfort of their puppy boarders. Daiesy's Doggy Retreat features two huge play yards and the dogs are free to run inside or outside in the spacious dog runs. The convertible kennels can be arranged to house multiple dogs in the same kennel space so there is no separation anxiety for dogs that are used to bunking with a mate.
The kennel is equipped with around the clock fire and security alarms as well as closed circuit monitoring. The entire site is cleaned and disinfected with essential oils to keep it smelling fresh. All the dogs are exercised a minimum of twice a day outside of the kennel runs. When it is time to relax, you pet can watch Dog TV.
Ginny wants your dog to feel at home when boarding away and so she encourages pet owners to bring food, favorite toys and bedding to maintain that familial surrounding feeling during a stay at Daisey's.
Daisey's offers both overnight dog boarding as well as short stay daytime dog care. Both large and small breeds are welcome. The standard vaccinations are required for your dog's safety. Daisey's has flexible pick up and drop off hours for your convenience. The reservation process is simple. You can call (518) 872-1824 or go online to visit the website to make a reservation. These forms are used to gather important information about your pet's health and preferences.
