Home health therapy services.
We currently offer Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy for all conditions covering most part of the RioGrande Valley including Cameron, Willacy counties and part of Hidalgo county. Services are offered only by experienced and well trained therapists.
Home health specific documentation used to comply with documentation and reassessment regulations as stipulated by CMS/PGBA. We have one of the best satisfaction rate among the patients for home therapy providers in the Valley.
We provide additional training to our therapist to be up-to-date about proper documentation to make notes those are audit proof. Our therapists also undergo specialized training to assess and prevent falls for seniors and to maximize home based therapy outcomes for each patients
