The Cave Tools Beer Can Chicken roaster rack is the most innovative smoker chicken set on the market. I have been cooking beer can chicken recipes for years and I've tried many of the stainless steel sets out there on the market. Each one has always been flawed in some way, but at least it was better than using a traditional beer can. When you use a regular beer can, you run the risk of infusing dangerous dies into your food and that can be very unhealthy. That's why I always prefer to use a drunk chicken cooker.

So what makes the Cave Tools beer can version better than the rest? Well first off, the set is 100% stainless steel and dishwasher safe. That makes a big difference when you are about to go into a food coma and don't feel like going through the lengthy hand wash cleanup process. The set also comes with a stainless steel canister which can be used for beer, wine, cider, orange juice, herbs, and any other combination you can think of. Your imagination is the only limit here. The stainless steel canister is also the healthier option because you don't need to worry about ink getting into your chicken meat.

The drip pan tray is also much deeper than other beer can chicken versions I have seen on the market. One of the things I hated the most was when I would roast my chicken and then all of the juices would overflow onto my charcoal and cause flare ups. This tray catches all of the juices and you can even save the juices to make your favorite sauces and gravies. That's a huge plus!

Finally, one of the more unique features of the Cave Tools chicken roaster is that it comes with 4 vegetable spikes. I always cook vegetables like onions and peppers in the tray at the same time as the chicken so they can roast in the juices at the same time. Now with these vegetable spikes, I can also cook grilled potatoes and bbq corn on the cob at the same time. All while saving space on the grill
