Join Cannondale Girl Adel Tyson-Bloor for Bubbles at the Hub and a spot of riding!
Swinley Bike Hub has has teamed up with Adel Tyson-Bloor to host a series of ladies rides throughout the winter. The aim of the ride will be to get more women out riding with more confidence and progressing through to challenging each other to take on more technical terrain.
Whether you are a complete newbie or a more experienced rider sign up and join us for a day on the trails finishing back at The Hub for a glass of fizz and maybe a cake or two!
Adel will tailor the sessions to suit all abilities but the emphasis will be more on enjoyment of the trails with advice on skills and technical features rather than a Strava smash around the circuit!
We will be using the Swinley terrain and all that it has to offer to gain confidence and sklls for all levels of rider.
