Beastway plays south of the river with a Saturday series of three MTB XC races. Our course takes in parts of Beckenham Place Park that nobody's been to before. We start in front of the classical mansion and go out to see what's there.

With its 25 years of history, the Beastway MTB series offers a one-hour super-fun blast that really brings on the skill and speed of riders in friendly contest. Based now at Hog Hill and at Eastway before that, we are the country's longest running and London's only MTB series, so it's great to be offering a winter version at our new venue. We've helped to develop Beckenham Place Park from the moment it closed to golfers. Our recent trail clearing has had to be done with care to respect other users and the woodland ecology*. We hope you will agree it's all been worth the effort. There's plenty of climbing and a nice long lap around varied terrain. Each 3.7km lap takes 60m of climbing.

Beckenham Place Park is easy to get to. SE6 3PU. Beckenham Hill Thameslink has trains from Bedford, Blackfriars, Sutton and Sevenoaks. You can travel with your bike on a Saturday.

Please make pre-entry to save us all a lot of time. Entry on the day is possible, but it will cost you more and it's a lot faster if we have all your details in advance.
