For 2020 Forestry England cannot let the Hammers 8 take place in Hamsterley Forest. We have found an alternative location to get us at least one race for this year.
An 8 hour xc race in the majestic Hamsterley Forest. Go as hard as you can or just do it for fun. You have the option of going solo or as part of a team. Loads of categories on offer. The usual high levels of support/ encouragement/ abuse as you push yourself to the limit.
The course is a mix of big forest track climbs, techy climbs, flowing singletrack and some more engaging stuff. Trust us you will be kept on your toes and there is something for everyone.
