A big new weekend for TweedLove at Glentress - two days and two very different MTB events.
Saturday is Glentress Seven day – Scotland’s best MTB endurance event – and on Sunday we’re hosting a new intermediate level enduro race – the Enjoyro EVO.
In the Glentress 7, hundreds of riders will compete for seven hours – whether alone or in teams – on a new course which includes some new Glentress trails, and an event village/transition area based at the start/finish line of the UCI Cycling World Championships. So with every lap riders can enjoy their own Glentress XC hero moment – pretty much exactly where Tom Pidcock battled the fastest XC riders in the world last summer!
The Enjoyro EVO on Sunday is more gravity focussed though, and will bridge the skills and gnar divide between the Enjoyro and the full TweedLove enduro level. The EVO will provide the perfect progression if you’ve raced the Enjoyro a few months earlier at the TweedLove Bike Festival. Or if you’re just a bit hesitant about committing to a full-scale enduro race.
