8 hour of old school cross country magic on the steep sides of the Wear valley. Steep climbs, natural obstacles and technical sections all combine to make this a short but incredibly engaging lap. It uses part of the Eastgate Enduro route so don’t be fooled into thinking this is all about being a slog fest over fields. This event took place once before in truly biblical rain and the course stood up to prove itself weatherproof in all conditions. There was nowhere to hide and you needed to be mentally strong to get through each lap. Take it on solo or as a pair.
