No.... It's a Andrex loo roll painted in black and then the stickers were applied after the paint settled.... (check it out on Blue Peter)

its gr8t it actully works ive just made a pair of chris king hubs,there soft,strong and will last for ages,,oh just noticed ive messed the stickers up it says chriss ring lol
