Hit a jump and went for a nose dive, landing heavy on the front wheel, causing the whole weight of me and the bike to slingshot backwards on to the back wheel, meaning i flew back, hit the saddle (felt like i lost my anal virginity to it :| ) and landed on my back on the back wheel, causing this :)
Never tried the jump again, after realising its such a sketchy jump :P

erm, you need a new rim. thats pretty bad, if you did that riding and not by kicking it then im impressed lol
