My first decent bike with good components all-round with Fox 32 F120 RL front forks and Fox float RP2 on the rear, bought mainly for getting fit, going fast and having fun on the odd hair raising steep descent. Great buy in my fairly restricted opinion nothing has gone wrong in the best part of a year.

Just got this bike from J E James 2 days ago with £600 off! was looking for a 09 trance x4 after reading the great review in June's MTBR (10/10) V.pleased to get the x3 so cheap.V.high spec aye! Gone up in my other half' expectations (he's a mad keen DH enthusiast but has just got a MYTHIC (banchee) xc bike, so we can ride together now. This is my third mb, firs a halfords £100 special 8 years ago, then after 3 months an entry level marin fs that felt like a rolls roice after the halfords one, I've never had a bike of this spec to hopefully I'll get to be a better and more confident rider. Felt very smooth and climbed well on first ride, (Bennachie)
