low spec comparedto what? a standard bike, ive got a united seat, demolition team pedals, hoffman stem, alex supra g rims on blank hubs , primo tyres, primo brake and lever ( lever not shown) and loads of other bits and peices

yh i see wat u meen by the colours n stuff but most modern frames have brakes on seatstays to allow for a smaller chain wheel but i like mine on the bottom because when i service it nothing falls off because it isent upside down
