Nice bike, But please don't go to other peoples bikes and rate them as 1 because 'They're too Commen'! Its meant to be rated on the spec of the bike, not how commen it is!
But, You have a nice rig. Not keen on the forks though...

Yep.. Diatech Anchor brakes just rebadged! Got them front & rear on my Reign with an 8" rotor up front. Can't fault them.. check the reviews for the Diatech branded ones in the bike mag tests at end of 2007.. they rated as ideal for alps etc as long as you don't mind a few extra grams. Overall very happy!

now found what brakes they are and they are diatechs you can get the pads for £6.50 from disco brakes, bargain ! ! ! !

Yh some are complete durrgghhh, but luckily we got one who knows what hes doing, and i have found the brakes are actually diatech and brake pads are available from disco brakes

i woulda thought halfords would know. bikehut is part of halfords, at least it is where i live anyway. it never ceases to amaze me sometimes how badly some of the employees there lack basic intelligence tho.

Yh I am in the same situation i'm looking for brake pads for another set i got, but cant find them anywhere! Anyone any ideas? I got the brakes from a company called great-choices.net or summit like that but would not reccomend as the company send dodgy products!!!

were did you get thoes brakes from because i bought my bike second hand and the had the bike hut brakes on and i need new pads for them i went to halfords and they didnt have any and my local bike shop hadnt seen them before :S

ill second that...youd think bikehut brakes would be awful ...but ive had about 3 in the past and 2 of them were excellent..(one had no fluid).great modulation and power for £60...recommended.
