sweet bike. what are the subrosa rims like? i want some of the green ones as they match my frame perfectly, would really apreciate some feedback on what they are like from someone who actually has the rims.
whiteknight replied... on 30 August 2008
spank subrossa rims not so good, put em on start of race season, now they dinked to shit, put on the spank stiffee rims now- they are the new upgrade ones specifically for dh. will let ya kno how they get on

sweet bike, wt are the 66's like
whiteknight replied... on 23 March 2008
yeah i love em! I had super ts before, but these are more manoverable, lighter and will take everything that welsh downhill can throw at em. I really think tripple crowns are only needed in bigger extreme rides like canada and alps ect.

i agree about the pink streamers on the handlebars, i'd also go with a basket, that way you could run errands on it. It'd save having to wear a pack as well... actually i might get a basket...

This is most beautiful cycle I ever see I think everyone is jealous of you no? But there is one thing I would add to make it even more super special and that is a ribbon on handle bar evey cycle should be having one! After careful consideration I decide I recomending pink one for your cycle.

Nice frame and forks ect...... but, i wud definately go for triple clamps! so here have an 8!
konastinky888 replied... on 30 August 2008
if your really pushing the bike to the maximum i think triples are the best bet and they do have their uses in the uk. they dont flex during the turns and take massive hits better without squirming about underneath you. i have marzocchi 66 and 888 and they both have advantages and disadvantages over each other. i know which one id want to use on a proper gnarly track though. the 888.
whiteknight replied... on 14 March 2008
used to have super t tripple clamps, but much prefer singles! im from uk and we dont really have the need for tripple clamps here! They just over the top, too heavy, restricted turning ect ect!
