Total bargain - to set up the right sag I'd check the Foes website for the shock manual, or else get in touch with the UK distributors (Balfa, I think)

thax mate i just spoke to belfa looks like it needs a servive as the air chamber dont work as it should.dont mind paying for this as i got a bargin enyway.OH i got the owner's manual off foes japan .com cheers really helpfull and now i know the travel settings.allways like to know my bike inside and out b4 i ride it.thank again mate :-)

yer dude welcome to the world of Foes bikes thay sure do ride like a dream its like floating on a cloud i love mine to bits and no doubt you like yours just as much live life to the max

yeah mate love it.the currnutt shock.on it is great thow it does run with to much sag.who eat all the pies LOL.keep liveing the dream .
