Mikeh - it's a project and projects rock. Coming on really well, is the stem part of the new build or to be replaced?

The stem has been replaced.
This picture is quite old now. atleast 2 weeks old :P
It has a bolton stem, new handle bars new grips a seat and a seat post a chain and a whole load of mud from my last ride out!
