i do use them know an then, i tend to use them more on flats than uphill , coz i dont need to use ma brakes an theyr quite comfy on the back after leaning over for an hour or 2 lol, i took the picture on bailden moor, i wouldnt advise going thir its shite, theirs 2 small ramps 3 big ones andc a huge 1
This isn't because you don't like my bike (honest!), but I also have a Marin Bear Valley SE (old classic from 1997) which I like - but this Marin really isn't working as a design - the frame just looks too 'awkward' - its not a nice design at all! On your own personal bike bits - the bar ends and mudguard are a definite no go - or should that be, should go!!!
got to be a 10. it bunnyhops like a beast (well, more like a bunny rabbit, but you know what i mean.) pic is taken at baildon quarry. light as a feather.
not really set up for the dirt jumps in the background, but a stellar xc bike just the same, i would love to know how to get a 28th gear, please elaborate!

Like it! I used to have one of these. Thrashed through the Alps, no problems. Set-up looks a bit odd with the low saddle and high bars.

nice spec and frame - not sure about the mud gards or the bar ends (do people still use them?), interseting location shot for an xc bike as well.

marin have always made great xc bikes, lose the bar ends and get some risers and it'd look better.
