Using RockShox Totem forks and a Fox DHX5 on my DH bike at the moment and they have both been faultless. I've spent any considerable amount of time riding the recent models of equivalent forks and shocks but the general consensus in the media and MTB community is that the Manitou forks and shocks of recent years have not been the best. Not that you should believe everything you read!!!

whichh forks have you ridden with?:S i find them nicer than some marzocchi forks, i haven't ever really used Fox or rockshox forks, but i cracked a fox vanilla shock and my fox air shock leaked so im pleased with the manitou one so far :)

They do the job but just aren't up to the standard of Rock Shox or Fox.

Finally come across a bike which has some mud on it! Looks fantastic mate good job. The green rims look tasty however i'm not sure they match the frame.
