Interesting!! I'm a roadie at heart and have been looking at creating a real hybrid rather than the crap that the shops are shovelling out. I like what you've done, if i'm honest the geometry looks a little off, possibly the frame's too big or the saddle too low, to counter this I would suggest a change of stem; but geometry is a very personal thing so i understand if thats how you like it. You really should look at clipping in if your commuting; makes a world of difference. As will locking out the forks if you have the option Generally its a lovely build though; certainly a proper unique hybrid.
wow, what an interesting build! looks like a road bike frame with mtb wheels and fork and a crazy carbon fiber seat post, perfectly original, out of the box thinking build, but how do you lock it up safely enuf to concentrate on your work?

Just let go of the road riding, take a deep breath, and walk away. but serious if that goes anywhere near single track youd better be near a hospital.
