i'll give you 10/10 if you promise to where a helmet, like previouis posts buy a cheap second hand hardtail frame and swap everything over, i have a 2010 specialized hardrock frame for sale pm me if you are interested its black and silver and ill chuck in the sr suntour forks aswell????? rate my voodoo..
Just for being brave enough to post the bike. But please don't attempt to go over anything but curbs with that set up. Check Ebay for a good frame and swapp the components over to keep safe.
I borrowed my mum's bike once to do some jumping when my bike was being fixed and serviced and I did a very small 4 ft drop and I snappped the frame in half, heed my advice, buy a cheep frame from ebay and transfer everything over, its much safer I hit my head on a tree when it snapped and knocked myself out, I was lucky I only knocked myself out. If you are just using this for XC or a little riding around its fine, but be safe.
At the end of the day if you like it and you're happy with it then thats all that matters, you just have to upgrade it slowly as you get money
oh, btw did it come with those pedals?
phew! You'd have to be brave or sh*t nuts to ride anything serious... but just in case you are a psycho ... have 10/10 and please don't knee cap me. :D
LOL, yes I agree, I only have a GT Chucker and that was at the very top of my budget, a lot of these people who have the really expensive bikes don't even use them, I know someone who has 3 Kona Stinky's and he never rides them, they just sit in his garage with all his other Quad Bikes and MX Bikes.
remember this.... alot of the guys who rate these bikes cant even ride in a straight line , but they have bikes that cost thousands.... but at least they have high scores in RMR!!
BTW, we all started somewhere.... I started my build with a Raleigh radford... and in case you dont know what that is... basically it would make yours look like a Santa Cruz.... Keep building and update when you get somewhere.
If you are being serious about this please please please do not do a jump on this unless you are wearing full body armour and a mattress tied about your person or you will most like likely die. If its for XC you will have legs of steel by about Thursday next week. Good luck

Its ok for a cheap bike. You could do alot worse. Fancy names and expensive parts doesnt always provide a good bike
