the 'green' really looks the biz, are those green decals on the forks, if so that's real bling bling
B17Rida replied... on 15 June 2010
Theye are indeed, they came standard from Marin. But when they get changed, i think i will have to get green decals for what ever forks i get.

I get the message about the thread hyjacking, Ok and I'm sorry. But I still don't get it, because people who told me to stop hyjacking threads and to start my own, so I did but then I get a reply with you going off your head. What the hell is that all about?
B17Rida replied... on 29 April 2010
Start by not hijacking threads to make people rate your bike!! And then maybe growing up

looks very nice, but the seat is way too high up lol
B17Rida replied... on 22 April 2010
Its only ever that high for the commute, its much easier that way

The shorter stem upgrade should give it a bit more agressive handling, our bikes crave it!
And if youre looking to upgrade forks the Revelations are awesome, about half a kilo lighter than the toras and really confidence inspiring! Also so many adjustments i havent got my head entirely round them yet!
Cant go wrong with a Marin!

nice hardcore hardtail, i think the reason for the bent chain is the gear your in it looks like you've got the gear in the smallest ring at the front and smallest at the back, this makes the chain bend as it isn't straight on the cogs
B17Rida replied... on 26 February 2010
Thats cus i had just ridden up a downhill trail on wet clay, no other gear for it really, i dont make a habbit of it tho lol, cheers dude

B17Rida replied... on 26 February 2010
I like them mate, there realy adjustable, the travel and the rebound and all can be done in seconds, the lockouts work well and more to the point they absorb the bumps well, im real chuffed with them tbh

good handling trail bike, they are a little flexy if forced through rock gardens but that is not always a bad thing, you just need to put a few personal touches to make it your own
