If I were you, I would stop with upgrades and concentrate on a new frame. Something that gets good ratings consistently on RMR should be a good place to start.

Can't work out what its for. You saddle has fallen off as well incase you hadn't noticed! You cam is also out of focus which means fellow raters can't see it.
