Impressed with this. My mate bought one for 350 also (pauls?) and it's made it down everything I do on my quake! He misses the big jumps and drops but fir £350 it's ok! The standard dart forks are crap though, good call changing them!

Like it man, not so much the red fork, but the quality more than makes up for it! I can highly recommend wider bars, they transformed mine no end!

Nice ride dude, would have giving 9 if it had more red or none at all to balance the look ,under 30 lbs is the holy grail for full susser trail bikes, to get much less you need to be looking at carbon fibre and a shit load of cash or a hard tail, less linkages ,pivots etc

Weight wise My fx3 comes in at around 27lb, so I think that I should be happy at that for such an in-expensive (initially) bike!

My first bike for a while and I couldn't resist a full susser (especially for 350 notes!)
Been out on several trails around Derbyshire and it performs really well, especially on the downhill sections.
Working on getting the thing lighter now so that the uphill's are not so tough.

Upgraded to the following:
Shimano Deore Cassette
Shimano Deore Rear Derailleur
Shimano Deore Front Derailleur
SLX Shifters
Quad Sting Pro Brakes
Charge Spoon Saddle
Bontrager Race Disc rear wheel
GXP External BB
Truvative Stylo crank
Continental Ultrasonic (ultralight) inner tubes
Panaracer fire XC pro tyres
Rockshox Reba SL forks

As you can probably see I am trying to get the beasts weight down!
