looking good, nice xc, i would say maybe new forks, darts are ok but some reba's would be awesome :)
check my xc/hardcore hardtail out ;) the marin by the way :P

Cheers, just upgraded whole bike, bar the brakes, because the standard XC parts weren't much cope
