Just got the same bike 2nd hand for not very much to get back into it. Want to convert it to rear disc wondered what i'd need to do it? Any ideas?

i only rate this bike a 10 as i have this bike too but im going to upgrade the forks and the brakes but as it is it rides quite nice.

good starter.. but will need work depending on what your doing o.k for xc and general fire track riding get a rear disc on it .. please rate my ride in return cheers

1 front disc brake is never a good sign tho

Looks nice, but bare alu frames have never been my fav. I agree with you though. Bikes like these make a wonderful way to get in to the sport. I did the same.
