For normal use, yea, At the time of photo I was dabbling in some small trials sections and when on the back wheel I prefered them angled down a bit thats all.

Those bars are my old ones and had a wierd sweep to them but tilting them made them more comfy. Now I have the holzfellers on they are more upright.

Not really, Haven`t noticed any difference. Having a litle more sag means it only really raises the front by 25 -30 mm.

i loved that colour so much. i was going to get that bike, until i read that the 07 had a cowan frame which is better. so i got that because id rather better than looks. but im rating it 10. rate mine plz.
