You don't need a front brake! Anf the forks are but had them tuned so now they do everything :)

Yeah they are really good but you have to get them tuned which costs like £100 but there amazing

Nice bike mate! That chain will cause you problems though.
Sit the chain on the middle gear up front and at the rear, remove enough links (I don't know exactly how many) so that the centre of the two cogs on the derailleur make a line pointing vertically down. If that makes sense? Doesn't have to be exact though :)
