Thanks, rims not the lightest but wouldn't trade them as I love the way they look. This bike is like anti-gravity.. goes up hills with so little effort
An 8 as it's not quite there yet! My R7 forks are 80mm, hadn't realised since seal to crown is 100mm for the 80 travel. Manitou Minute MRD 100mm arriving 2 weeks and I'll welcome the extra travel & stiffness. Also will change El Camino brakes at some point, they're OK but not smooth enough. May try a pad change before considering Formula or Hope.
I've had wtb saddles on both my bikes since i got back into mtb so not much to compare them to.. 3hr rides do leave the butt sore with this tho.. any recommendations to try for more comfort at similar weight?

Yeah I'm chuffed with the new forks.. Handling feels much more sorted & solid now and gives much more confidence on the gnarlier stuff!

Think the wheels weigh 1900g, whole bike I guess 11.5kg. New Minute MRD forks went on last night, will be giving them a good test this weekend.

Not sure about the saddle though, I got one of those WTB things with my Kona, I hated it.
